This is a blank (unassembled) PC board to build a 2-channel MOSFET source follower.  This is intended to be used as a buffer to drive the grid of a power tube into class-A2 operation (where this buffer sources current into the grid when driven positive).  Having 2 channels lets you use it on a push-pull design, or a 2-channel (stereo) single-ended design.
